Our community is nestled in the scenic Valley Forge area of Chester County, Pennsylvania. We are easily accessible via the Pennsylvania Turnpike and surrounding areas.
Woodbridge Place is an active Personal Care Community. We also offer a secured and spacious Memory Care neighborhood. Supportive services are provided with respect, love and understanding. We believe that we are not only providing services for our residents, but for their families as well. You will notice the difference the first day you walk through our doors!
As a community of 75 rooms and a total capacity of 102 residents, the day to day needs of our residents and family members are our number one priority. We are known for our warm and inviting setting. The community is easy to navigate and features inviting common areas for visiting including our comfortable lobby, resident movie theatre and cafe areas to name just a few. Our library is a favorite spot with its warm and cozy fireplace for those cold winter days.
Conveniently located on Rapps Dam Road in Phoenixville, Pa., off Rt 113, we share the area with the historic Kimberton Inn and the newly enhanced downtown Phoenixville hub. The region has much to offer including Valley Forge National Park and Valley Forge Casino that are close by that our residents enjoy visiting with our staff on our handicapped accessible van.
